XiroTV provides internet protocol television (IPTV) streaming services, including live television channels, video-on-demand content, and related media delivered over internet connections. Our service requires a compatible device and a stable broadband internet connection.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. All plans provide access to our full channel lineup and VOD library. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Free trials are limited to one per household.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to redistribute, resell (unless you are an authorised reseller), record, or publicly display any content accessed through our service without prior written consent. You may not share your login credentials with individuals outside your household. You may not attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

XiroTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
